One note before updating on our paid in full pledge, there have been many weeks when we have had big class attendance and I have passed the basket around only to get less than $10 back. I know that things are not great right now as far as the economy and am by no means pointing at anyone in particular, just wanted to remind everyone that we can't rely on everyone else to keep our class treasury functioning so please try to do your part which is of course whatever you can do. We have been able to help with so many missions and I would love to see us do more in the coming year. Remember you can always write checks and if you want to write checks I will gladly print you out a statement for tax purposes at the end of the year (I can't do that with cash though).
Paid in Full Update to be paid 10/2011:
In March we had $981 towards our $1500 to be paid in October 2011, to that we will add one half of the deposits above or $106 making our paid in full balance accumulated of $1087! That leaves us with about $1,500 to do other missions and things for the time being but if we don't make it to the $1500 through contributions over the next 5-6 months we will have to take the remainder from the treasury which we need to do other missions and things. Please stay mindful of this as we need to stay committed to what we put on our card last year as well as continue to do other missions and things in the community.
I will have checks tomorrow in class if I owe you, sorry for the delay and I will be making a deposit on Monday for those who have written checks.
