Today lots of good conversation about humility, next week Chad will be teaching out of Seeing Gray. I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weekend.

**Happy Anniversary to Wayne & Julie on November. 4th**

Joys & Concerns:
-Phil's boss has been diagnosed with a brain tumor that has spread to his lungs and he will be starting chemo.
-Angie's mother will be having an MRI on Monday. She has been having dizzy spells and the doctors want to check that out.
-Jamye's mother will be having back surgery soon.
-Erin & Erica have a friend who has been temporarily suspended from teaching, he has hearing tomorrow concerning the future of his job.
-Phil will be traveling for work this week.
Please keep these concerns in your thoughts and prayers throughout the week.

We have lots of things going on in class over the next month.

Missions:
-Victor is working on our Thanksgiving contribution to our Headstart Family. We will probably be doing something like a grocery store gift card or store prepared Thanksgiving meal as we have done in the past.
- A sign up sheet will continue to go around for the Headstart Family Christmas wish list. If you aren't present to sign up in class and want to help out contact Victor.

Socials:
-Dinners for Six.....just remember babysitting is available for those who need it
-Next Sunday is Second Sunday Brunch
-Sunday November 22nd will we be having a class brunch
-The Christmas Party has been set for Saturday December 5th. The Llavatys graciously (and bravely) offered to host. We all jumped on that and took them up on their offer :). We will be doing some sort of Christmas dinner, a sign up sheet and details will come out later.

Have a great week,
Julie
