Hello All,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Today Amy gave a very informative talk about the Mormon religion. Next week we will have a class brunch. Please bring breakfast goodies and come to enjoy some fellowship. Then Amy will pick back up on Sunday May 22nd with the Jehovah Witness and Christian Scientists, should be very interesting.

Happy 2nd Birthday to Nicholas on May 10th!

Joys & Concerns:

Big baby news happening this week. On Thursday May 12th Eileen is scheduled to have the twins. And our former classmates Paul & Martha Kuykendall are set to have their third child, a little boy, on May 1oth as well. Best wishes for safe deliveries and healthy happy babies. We look forward to seeing the pictures of these new little ones.

Today we had guests John & Jennifer join us for class.

Jason Lincoln's friend's wife has been battling cancer and she is doing very well with her treatment. She will have surgery to remove her last tumor and then be cancer free.

Philip's boss passed away this last week after losing his battle with cancer. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

We have several people traveling this week. Michael, Phil, and Karla & Keenan safe travels to you all.

Missions: If you have a Christmas in Peru box please return your filled box to Fellowship Hall as soon as possible. And our own Angie Garcia is heading up the Evening VBS and looking for volunteers to help out in all areas.

We want to thank Amy for her time and preparation for the great lessons on different religions.

Have a great week,
Julie
